BCL::Conf generates conformational ensembles of small molecules. This server generally supports three modes for conformer generation:
(1) Standard - generate a global ensemble starting from the input structure;
(2) Generate3D - generate a global ensemble starting from nothing (ignores all input coordinate information);
(3) Local - generate a local ensemble starting from the input structure. Users may request a maximum of 250 conformers per ensemble.
A maximum of 100 molecules may be submitted at a time, additional molecules will be ignored.
