BCL::TMH-Expo is a dropout artificial neural network (ANN)-based algorithm for amino acid residue exposure prediction within transmembrane helices. It calculates numerical descriptors based on the given sequence, passes the numerical descriptors into the ANN and outputs exposure value for each residue.
