Research Interests:

I support numerous aspects of the Meiler Lab at Vanderbilt to keep it running smoothly. This includes maintaining open communication within the department and/or collaborating professionals, arrangement of visas for incoming lab members/visitors, organizing travel and itineraries for guest speakers/students, monitoring expenditures and assisting with grant documentation. I manage all administrative aspects of our bi-annual Rosetta Workshop and also oversee many aspects of the ongoing Vanderbilt-Leipzig collaboration. I maintain a role counseling students and postdoctoral fellows to persevere in their research. I also make recommendations for supply and equipment needs for wetlab research projects, provide technical guidance, and ensure laboratory safety guidelines are maintained.
