• Protein design to target peptide-MHC complexes on cancer cells
• Structure-based design of adeno-associated virus (AAV) capsids for gene therapy
• Small scaffold design for small protein binders with optimized biophysical properties
• Epitope-focused vaccine design for Filoviruses and Influenza
• GPCR drug discovery and pharmacology

The Schoeder lab is located in the Institute for Drug Discovery at Leipzig University Medical School and develops novel immunotherapeutics with structure-based protein design.
