My work in the Meiler Lab involves expressing and purifying various soluble and membrane proteins from E. coli to support computational studies and analysis. Some of the proteins I am working with are soluble protein mouse Lipocalin2 (mLcn2) and membrane protein epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) for structural and NMR studies. Additionally, I frequently utilize metal affinity, ion exchange, and size exclusion chromatography purification techniques. I hope to pursue my research interests in the fields of structural biology and biochemistry in graduate studies.
