Project Description:

I'm interested in applying machine learning and other computational techniques to problems outside the domain of Computer Science. At present, I'm working on applying shallow machine learning and integer linear programming to design therapeutic antibodies for Influenza and other viruses that see significant year-to-year mutations through antigenic drift. I plan to expand this research into immunogen design as well.
