Project Description:
The current project involves aiding in the development of Rosetta features that will be used for Antibody design. This will be achieved by adding in design centric guidance terms which support antibody design and to modify some existing workflows to make use of these design terms. Currently, several widely used workflows employ a "guess and check" approach where a large number of models are produced, considering conformational energy alone, and those models are downselected using further cirtera. The changes resulting from this project would make additional cirteria available to inform design decisions which will limit the amount of work which is sunk into models would never survive a broader scope examination of their merits.
